Prescriptions can be ordered online or NHS App: NHS App and your NHS account - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Telephone request have been terminated, (Exceptions for Vulnerable Patients).

Repeat prescriptions can be requested by completing and returning the prescription attachment, or by filling in a prescription request form (these can be found at reception). Please post your completed request into our lockbox which is held in the reception area.

All patients must name the items of medication that they wish to order.

Please allow 72hours (3 working days).

Alternatively you can use the on-line services for ordering your repeat medications – speak to a receptionist about this.

If you would like your prescription to be posted to you please supply the surgery with a stamped address envelope.

Pharmacy

You can use your chosen pharmacy to arrange collection and delivery of your prescriptions. You will need to nominate a pharmacy to do this for you. This arrangement is between you and your chosen pharmacy. The practice is not responsible for setting up a pharmacy for you. Without prior arrangement the practice will not accept prescription requests from your pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please make sure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
