As from April 2015, practices are required under their contract with NHS England to allocate a named GP to all patients, who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides for them.
However, you can still see the GP of your choice, whenever you need to see a doctor – you don’t have to see your named accountable GP if you prefer not to.
New patients will be informed of their accountable GP on registration. If you are not in contact with the Practice on a regular basis, we would like to take this opportunity to offer you a health check. Please contact the surgery to make an appointment.
