YOU CAN NOW BOOK APPOINTMENTS ONLINE!
Once logged in you will be able to book, view and cancel appointments.
When you book appointments in this way, you will receive confirmation immediately. There is no need to confirm it by phone or email - please just ensure you arrive promptly on the day!
Should you have any questions or comments about using Online Appointments, please contact a member of the team at the practice who will do their best to help you.
Please contact the reception before 10:30am if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.
You can also request a visit by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.

The service is run by Bradford Care Alliance, which represents all GP practices in the Bradford area. Medical appointments are with GPs and other healthcare staff who work in the area; so your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.
To use the service we will ask for your consent to share your medical record and our reception staff will explain what this means and why it is necessary. Click here to learn more about how and why we process your information.
Further details of the services and location maps are available here.
You may not always need to see your GP. The Pharmacy can treat any one of the conditions below.
A community pharmacist can assess you and suggest the correct medication without needing a prescription.
You will receive the correct medication sooner and your doctor will be free to see patients with more urgent problems. If the pharmacist decides that you need to see your doctor more urgently they will arrange this for you.
